Confirmation of Your Order
The first will be a confirmation, another will be a shipping update if there is a delay or if will take longer than expected.The second will be a "shipped" and it will include your sales receipt in a PDF format. We do not put a sales receipt in the shipping container. We try to provide a packing slip but in some cases this is impossible.
Gift Wrapping
We are pleased to present our items to you ready for gift presentation. Their is an additional $10.00 fee for this service. We use a tasteful recycled, earth tone wrapping paper adorned in beautiful silk flowers. A personalized message may also be sent to the gift recipient at no additional charge. Gift wrap service may cause a slight delay in receipt of you package/gift.
Gift Certificates
The Central Barker Gift Certificates are Available in denominations of $10, $50, $75, $100, $150 and $200, The Central Barker Gift certificate can be redeemed for merchandise online. The Central Barker carries a balance and can be used until the entire value of the Gift Certificate has been depleted.
The Central Barker gift Certificates have no expiration date. At this time, you may only use one Gift Certificate per order.
Purchase a The Central Barker Gift Certificate and we'll ship your Gift Certificate via USPS mail in 2 - 3 days. Express delivery of Gift Certificates will be billed at $9.00. For your protection, we automatically require a signature for delivery on The Central Barker Gift Certificate valued at or above $200.00. The Central Barker is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates. To report a lost or stolen The Central Barker gift Certificate, call 386-615-0692. The original sales receipt or gift receipt is required to replace the remaining balance of a lost or stolen Gift Certificate. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash. You can return Gift Certificates for a check refund if you have the original receipt and if they are unused.

If you do not want to order all the items, simply edit your shopping bag first. When you click "Submit Order" we verify your credit card. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged if you do not click "Order Now." Standard Delivery Orders will typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following credit card authorization and verification. In stock items are usually shipped the next business day from the date of the receipt of the order. Special orders may take additional time. Standard delivery is available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Payment Methods

We accept money orders, personal or business checks (made payable to The Central Barker). However, due to substantial banking fees, orders cannot be processed until the check/money order has cleared. We do not ship COD.
Sales Tax
All items shipped to a Florida address or purchased by a Florida resident are subject by law to 6% sales tax.

Shipping and Handling

Unless stated otherwise orders will be shipped within 7 days after the charge has been cleared by our bank. Delivery time for Items that will take longer are noted in the order section for each item. Dog beds are an example of the this. Email us at LuckyDog@TheCentralBarker.com concerning your particular product of interest.
Express Shipping
Orders placed by 11:59 pm ET will ship the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification, and should arrive the following business day after the ship date. Express shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Rural Routes and Remote Locations should arrive in two business days. Express shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Shipping Carriers
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
Shop for everyone on your list in a single checkout. You can ship items from one order to three different addresses within the United States or its territories. Each extra shipping address costs $5.00 for shipping and handling.

If you were to send a $120 order via standard shipping to 3 different addresses, your shipping charges would be calculated as follows:

International Delivery
Shipments to Canada may be processed via our secure shopping cart. Please allow an additional week of shipping time beyond the time frame stated within each item's description.
For shipment to all other countries, please contact us prior to placing your order. At the time of shipment we will send you a UPS tracking number. Please be aware UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Shipping and Handling Costs
Is non-refundable and return shipping is at the purchaser's expense. ("Return shipping" includes reshipment of the new item as well as returning the item to The Central Barker) For your protection, we suggest you insure and return your package with a shipper who utilizes tracking information, as we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages.
Lost, Undeliverable or Refused Packages
Should your order not arrive within it's approximate delivery time frame, please contact us. You must notify us within 30 days of the approximate delivery indicated within the item's description. We will not be held responsible for notifications after that time.
Undeliverable Packages
Undeliverable packages which require reshipment at the customer's request, are subject to a reshipment charge equivalent to the original shipping fees. This includes refusal of a package, unclaimed packages, or misinformation on the part of the customer. Should we be unable to reach the customer for resolution, a 50% restock charge will be apply and store refund will be issued for the balance Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

Exchange / Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any unused item you may return the item for a refund or an exchange. Unauthorized returns, COD, and postage due returns will not be accepted and will be returned to you. Upon confirmation of your original order and receipt of the return in its original condition, a 20% restocking fee and refund to your credit card will be e-mailed to you for your records.
Should you have need to return merchandise, please note the following requirements. Lack of Compliance to any of these details is cause for the merchandise to be returned to you.
